Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Andrea Block Search LLC collects through andreablocksearch.com, how it’s used and the choices you have. Your information is never sold.
What I collect
- What you send me. When you fill out the contact form, I receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to share: your website, phone number, the service you’re interested in, a preferred start date, how you heard about me and your message.
- How you found the site. With your cookie consent, the form also records how you arrived, such as the search engine, AI tool, ad or link that brought you here and the pages you landed on, so I can see which channels work.
- Site usage. With your cookie consent, Google Analytics and HubSpot record which pages are visited and how the site is used.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project.
- To call you, only if you checked the box allowing a call.
- To send occasional emails with tips on AI and SEO search, only if you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and channels are useful, so I can improve the site.
Who helps me run the site
I use a small set of trusted service providers that process information on my behalf: HubSpot (contact records, forms, email preferences and cookie consent), Netlify (website hosting), Google Analytics (site analytics), Microsoft 365 (email), Calendly (booking calls) and Bonsai (proposals, contracts and invoices for clients). I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Cookies
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you accept. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you allow them, and browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as declining. You can change your choice anytime with the link in the footer.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry details for as long as they’re useful for our conversation or project, and client records as long as needed for business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you.
- Withdraw your consent to calls or emails at any time.
