How a design project works
- Free call. We talk through your business, your clients and what the site needs to do. If you have a site, I check how it shows up on Google and in AI first.
- Strategy before design. Keyword research, AI prompt research and your client journey map decide which pages you need and what each one has to say.
- Design direction. We agree on the look: a template you like on your platform or a custom design, plus colors, type and photos.
- Pages written and built. I write and build every page answer-first for Google and AI, with schema, forms, booking and tracking. You review everything and nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Launch. Redirects keep the rankings you already have. You get a custom GPT that walks you through updates, plus 2 weeks of support.
- Results call. After 3 full months, we go through what changed in rankings, AI mentions, calls, bookings and sales.
What does a new website cost?
Most new websites I build cost $7,900 to $12,000. You get one fixed quote after a free call, based on:
- Pages. How many services, locations and pages you need.
- Writing. I write every page, so more services and pages means more research and writing.
- Features. Online booking, payments, a store, a client portal or other integrations.
- Platform. Which platform fits you, and whether content needs to move over from somewhere else.
- Branding. Whether you already have a logo, photos and colors, or need help pulling them together.
You get the quote in writing before anything starts. If a redesign or the AI SEO Makeover would do the job for less, I’ll tell you.
Common questions
Can I get a website design without the SEO work?
Not from me. A new design that nobody finds doesn’t pay for itself, so every redesign and new website includes everything in the AI SEO Makeover.
Which templates can I choose from?
Any template on your platform, or a premium one you buy. I’ll help you pick one that fits your business, or create a custom design.
Which platforms do you build on?
WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify and most others. I work on the platform you already have, or recommend the one that’s easiest for you to run.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The site lives in your own platform account, and your platform bills you directly for hosting and your domain.
How long does a website redesign take?
About 5 weeks for a redesign with the AI SEO Makeover, and about 5 to 8 weeks for a new website. Waiting on photos, copy feedback and logins is the most common delay.
How many pages are included?
The redesign covers sites up to 10 pages. A new website is quoted on the pages you need.
